Dr. Moghaddam has operated Friendswood Family Chiropractic Clinic since 2002, relocating and expanding the practice to its current office on Friendswood Drive in 2012 with the assistance of the City of Friendswood's municipal grant program.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and her Doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas, in April 2000, after more than four years of clinical rotations at the Moody Health Center and training alongside Dr. Edward Murphy, Neurosurgeon at Methodist Hospital.
